60g Alternative Meat
3g Minced Garlic
15g Leek
100g Mushroom
20g Baby Spinach
80mL Light Coconut Milk
150mL Vegetable Stock
1 tsp Ground Paprika
15g Plain White Flour
70g Fettucine (weighed dry)
5g Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
- Slice mushrooms and leek.
- Cook mushroom and leek and a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook until golden. Add Alternative Meat and garlic. Cook for two-three minutes.
- Whisk stock, paprika, and flour together until smooth. Slowly pour into the pan and stir to combine.
