What is the challenge?
The challenge is an 8-week weight loss program designed by expert nutritionists to help you see results without cutting out food groups or following extremes. You’ll receive weekly macro-friendly meal plans, in-app accountability, tools for consistency and full access to the equ app, giving you structure, motivation and support every step of the way.
When does the challenge start?
The challenge runs from Monday 23 February to Sunday 19 April 2026. You’ll receive full early access to the app from the moment you join (between 1–22 February), so you can explore the tools, set up your plan and get a head start.
Why is there a cost to join the challenge?
This challenge includes more value, structure and support than ever before, including a prize pool, exclusive resources, weekly check-ins, tailored meal plans, a community group and a new eBook. While existing members already have access to the app, the challenge itself is a separate experience that requires additional tools, resources and support, which is why there is a small fee to join.
Will I need to go to the gym?
No. This challenge is nutrition-first. It’s designed to help you make progress through food, consistency and simple habits. Training is optional. If you already work out, your plan will fuel your sessions. If not, you’ll still get results.
What kind of food will I be eating?
You’ll receive weekly macro-friendly meal plans built for real life — burgers, curries, pasta, wraps and more. The meals are quick, satisfying and family-friendly. You can customise everything inside the app based on your preferences, goals and dietary needs.
I’ve tried other challenges and couldn’t stick to them. How is this different?
We’ve removed the overwhelm. You’ll get a clear plan, daily support and meals you’ll actually look forward to. The app does the heavy lifting for you — portioning, planning and tracking — so you can focus on staying consistent instead of overthinking.
