Steak with Creamy Mushroom Loaded Fries
Calories 530

Ingredients:
62.5mL Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Garlic & Rosemary
150g Lean Beef Rump Steak (weighed raw)
120g McCain SuperFries Straight Cut
60g Mushroom
5g Spring Onion
5g Minced Garlic
50mL Light Sour Cream
80g Green Beans
80g Carrot
Method:
- Cook fries as per packet instructions.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat until cooked to your preference.
- Cook chopped vegetables as per your preference (steam, boil, pan fry, air fry etc.).
- Meanwhile, to make the mushroom sauce, cook the sliced mushrooms, chopped spring onions and garlic in a pan. Add the sour cream and Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost and mix to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the steak alongside the vegetables and fries. Top the fries with the mushroom sauce.

70g Vetta Smart Protein Pasta (weighed dry)
1 Woolworth’s Beef & Pork Sausage – Italian Style (83g)
2g Minced Garlic
50mL Bulla LIght Thickened Cooking Cream
2g Italian Herb Mix
10g Grated Parmesan CHeese
15g Sandhurst Sun Dried Tomato Strips 97% Fat Free
30g Baby Spinach
Method:
- Cook pasta as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Remove sausage mince from the casing and crumble into the pan. Cook until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Add cream, Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost Red Wine Tomato & Basil, Italian herbs, and parmesan cheese. Cook, continually whisking until it begins to thicken. Add spinach, sun dried tomatoes and the cooked sausage. Stir until spinach wilts. Add pasta to the pan and toss to coat.
Basil Beef & Cashew Stir Fry with Noodles

Method:
- Season diced beef with salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, lemongrass paste, 5 spice and oyster sauce.

Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the mince and spice mix in a bowl and cook in a non-stick pan for 4-5 minutes or until browned.
- Add the stock, vegetables and kidney beans to the pan and stir until well combined.
- Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and add them into a bowl with milk. Mash with a fork or a potato masher until smooth.
- Place the mince in an oven-safe dish. Top it with the mash and cheese, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Method:
- Add mince and 5 spice mix to a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. Set aside.
- Combine chilli flakes, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and Campbell’s Real Stock Flavour Boost in a bowl and mix well.
- Prepare the side vegetables as per your preference (e.g. steamed, boiled, stir-fried). Meanwhile, cook the noodles as per packet instructions.
- Transfer the sauce to a larger bowl. Top with the cooked noodles, vegetables, mince and crushed peanuts. Toss to combine.
