- 1 Lebanese Bread
- 120g Chicken Breast (weighed raw)
- 40g Cos Lettuce
- 30g Short-Cut Bacon
- 15g Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 40mL Caesar Dressing (store-bought)
- 15g Salad Croutons
Method
- Season the chicken breast lightly with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry it until fully cooked. Let the chicken rest for a minute before slicing.
- Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then place it on paper towels to drain.
- On a large chopping board, combine the cooked chicken, bacon, lettuce, parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and croutons. Use a sharp knife to chop everything together until well-mixed.
- Lay the Lebanese bread flat on a clean surface. Spoon the chopped Caesar mixture onto the centre of the bread. Roll it up tightly, ensuring all the filling stays inside.
- Cut the wrap in half and enjoy immediately.
