- 50g Light Natural Yoghurt
- 15g Light Grated Cheese
- 25g Diced Bacon

- Prepare the Oven & Bacon: Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Cook the diced bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Set aside to cool.
- Make the Dough: In a bowl, combine 38g of sifted self-raising flour (reserve 2g) and the yoghurt. Mix until the dough forms, then knead it on a floured surface until smooth, using the reserved flour to prevent sticking.
- Shape the Roll: Roll the dough into a ball and place it on the prepared baking tray. Flatten it slightly with your hand.
- Add the Toppings: Sprinkle the grated cheese and crispy bacon on top of the dough.
- Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the roll is golden brown and cooked through.
