  • 150g Extra Lean Beef Mince (weighed raw)
  • 2 Cheese Slices
  • 30g Pickles
  • 1.5 Brioche Burger Bun
  • 40g Lettuce
  • 20g Brown Onion
  • 20mL Low Fat Mayonnaise
  • 20mL Tomato Sauce
  • 10g Yellow Mustard

Method

  1. Cook the Patties:

Season the beef mince with a pinch of salt and pepper. Divide the mince into two equal portions and shape into patties.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
