Choose which meals appear in your plan

Now, you can select exactly which meals are included in your plan: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, dessert – or just the ones you actually want to follow. This gives you the freedom to simplify your plan without losing structure.

Prefer just breakfast, snacks and dinner? No problem. Want all five meals for more variety? That works too.

You can now update this anytime under Meal Settings in your profile tab.


Your Goals, Your Way

Your health isn’t static, and neither are you.

You can now adjust your calorie pace at any time, choosing from gradual fat loss through to rapid muscle gain.

Whether you want to ease off slightly or turn things up a notch, it’s easy to update. Just head to the bottom of your Journey tab and tap into Goals to make the change.

Need to cook dinner for two? Prepping lunches for the week?

You can now scale serving sizes in any recipe – while still logging just the portion you’re eating. This makes it easier to batch cook, share meals, or reduce food waste, without affecting your daily macro tracking.


Stay hands-free with Cook Mode

No more screens going dark while you’re mid-recipe.

Cook Mode keeps your screen awake while you prep or cook, so you can follow the steps without stopping to unlock your phone every few minutes.

Rate + review meals directly in the app

You can now leave a star rating and short review after cooking any recipe.

This feedback helps us continue improving the quality og your meal plan and gives our recipe team real insights into what’s working (and what’s not). It also helps us personalise your experience over time – so the more you use it, the better your plan becomes.
