1. Easiest 3 step Beef Soft Tacos

For 400 calories!

You will need:

100g Extra lean Beef mince

10g Old El Paso Taco Spice Mix

2 x Old El Paso Mini Tortilla

50g Coleslaw Lettuce Mix

30g Coles Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

30g Tomato chopped up

15g Nando’s Perinaise Sauce

 

Method

1. Cook the mince in a non-stick pan on medium heat until browned, adding in the Old El Paso taco spice, add a splash of water if dry

2. Put the mince, lettuce, chopped tomato and cheese into each tortilla

3. Squeeze Perinaise and enjoy!

 

2. The Easiest equ Lasagne

For under 600 calories for a giant serve

You will need

150g Extra lean 5 star beef mince

20g Onion finely diced

40g Carrot finely diced

150g Leggos Lasagne bake red sauce with tomato, onion and basil

1 Latina fresh lasagne sheet

`15g Leggos lasagne bake white sauce with tasty cheese

30g Coles light shredded mozzarella

 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray

2. Cook the mince on a non-stick pan on medium heat until browned then add onion and carrot and cook

3. Then stir in the red sauce

4. Cut the lasagne sheet into three even pieces

5. Place one third of the mince mixture into an oven proof dish. Top with lasagne sheet piece then one third of the white sauce. Repeat twice more with one remaining mixture, lasagna sheet and white sauce.

6. Sprinkle over mozzarella and bake for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender and cheese is golden – enjoy!

 

3. The equ Big Mac Burger

For under 500 calories

You will need

1x Tip Top Hamburger roll

120g Lean beef mince

20g Lettuce

20g Onion

30g Always fresh Cucumber bread and butter pickles

1x Slice bega 50% less fat cheese

15g Coles Special burger Sauce

 

Method

1. Cook the mince in two patty shapes on a non-stick pan on medium heat until browned

2. Cook the onion

3. Cut the base of the bun in half

4. Dive the mince into two patties

5. Melt the cheese onto one of the patties and place on the bottom of the bun followed by some lettuce and onion.

6. Place the other half of the base on top and add the second pattie, lettuce, onion and pickles and sauce. Enjoy!

 

4. The equ Chicken Pot Pie

For 400 calories!

You will need:

120g Chicken Breast (weighed raw)

70g McCain Mixed Vegetables – Peas, Corn & Carrots: 70 grams

125g Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken

40mL Skim Milk

50g Pampas Light Puff Pastry

1x Egg white for dusting pastry

* And a single serve ovenproof little ramekin

 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

2. In a pot over a hot stove cook the chicken breast, add in steamed vegetables, cream of chicken skim milk and stir

3. Cut the pastry into the shape of the ramekin

4. Put contents from pot in the ramiken

5. Cover with the pastry

5. Place excess pastry in a leaf pattern on top, dust with whisked egg white

6. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!

 

 

5. The equ Peri Peri Chicken Pizza

560 Calories per serve

You will need

120g Chicken breast fillet

1x Mission Wholegrain Wrap

50g Leggos Pizza Sauce

15g Baby Spinach

30g Diced Mushrooms

20g Onion

50g Coles Light Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

15g Nandos Perinaise Sauce

 

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking tray

2. Cook the chicken on a non-stick pan and set aside

3. Place wrap on lined tray and spread pizza sauce and top with toppings

4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and wrap is golden

5. Squeeze perinaise over and enjoy!
