Ingredients
40g Rolled Oats
80g 0.5% Fat Greek Yoghurt
125ml Skim Milk
120g Mixed Berries
0.5 tsp Cinnamon
5g Honey
Instructions
- Combine oats, yoghurt, milk, berries and cinnamon and mix well. Transfer mixture to a bowl or jar and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Top the oats with a drizzle of honey before serving.
