20g Chia Seeds
30g equ Whey Protein Isolate – Vanilla
120ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
5ml Vanilla Extract
20ml Sugar-Free Maple Flavoured Syrup
5g Coconut Flakes
50g Frozen Mango
60g Dairy Free Coconut Yoghurt – Vanilla
Instructions
- Place chia, protein powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours (best to prep the night before and leave in the fridge overnight).
- Once set, top with yoghurt, thawed mango and coconut.
