  1. Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions. Drain and transfer to a bowl and allow to cool.
  2. Add the chopped salad vegetables, cannellini beans, feta and olives to the Risoni.
  3. To make the dressing whisk together, yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle over the pasta salad.
