Ingredients
120g Chicken Breast
5g Minced Garlic
5g White Sugar
15mL Maggi Oyster Sauce
10mL Soy Sauce
10mL White Wine Vinegar
50g Erawan Brand Rice Stick Noodles
60g Bok Choy
60g Carrot
30g Onion
30g Spring Onion
Instructions
- Prepare noodles per packet directions. While cooking, prepare the sauce.
- In a bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and set aside.
- In a non-stick pan add garlic and fry for 30 seconds before adding in the onion and vegetables. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken and fry until cooked through.
- Add green onion and noodles to coat in and mix until well combined. Serve warm.
