  1. Prepare noodles per packet directions. While cooking, prepare the sauce.
  2. In a bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and set aside.
  3. In a non-stick pan add garlic and fry for 30 seconds before adding in the onion and vegetables. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken and fry until cooked through.
  5. Add green onion and noodles to coat in and mix until well combined. Serve warm.
