Table of Contents
150g extra lean 95% fat free beef mince (weighed raw)
2 mini tortilla wraps
20g shredded lettuce
10g finely chopped brown onion
30g pickled cucumber slices
20g special burger sauce (original style)
2 slices full fat cheese
1. Season and cook the beef: Season the mince with salt and pepper. Spread a thin, even layer over each mini tortilla.
2. Sear the taco base: Place the tortilla beef-side down into a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the beef is fully cooked and has a light crust.
3. Flip and melt: Carefully flip each tortilla over. Add a slice of cheese to each taco and cook until melted.
4. Top it like a burger: Remove from the pan and layer with shredded lettuce, onion, pickles, and a drizzle of burger sauce.
