  • 3g Minced Garlic
  • 20g Brown Onion, finely diced
  • 50g Grated Zucchini
  • 50g Grated Carrot

  3. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Dip each tortilla into the bolognese mixture. Add to the pan, place cheese and bolognese on one half of the tortilla. Fold the other half over the filling and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve topped with finely chopped parsley.
