120g chicken breast
2 tsp taco spice mix
100g fries
30g lettuce
40g tomato
40g canned corn kernels (drained)
20g brown onion
20g avocado
30g light sour cream
20g shredded mozzarella cheese
30g chunky tomato salsa
1. Cook the fries according to the packet instructions until crispy.
2. Dice the chicken breast, coat with taco seasoning and cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat until cooked through.
3. Chop the lettuce, tomato and onion.
4. Warm the wrap in a pan or microwave.
5. Place the wrap on a plate and layer with lettuce, chicken, vegetables, cheese, sour cream and salsa.
6. Add the fries, fold the sides of the wrap over the filling and roll tightly before serving.
