Delicious and Easy Lasagne Baked Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 120g Extra Lean 95% fat-free Beef Mince
  • 1 Wholegrain Wrap
  • 80ml Tomato-Based Pasta Sauce
  • 40ml Dolmio Lasagne béchamel Sauce
  • 30g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Method:

  1. Preheat your oven’s grill to 180ºC.
  2. In a non-stick pan over medium-high heat, cook the beef mince until it’s browned. Add the tomato pasta sauce and simmer for around 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld together.
  3. Lay the wholegrain wrap flat. Spread a layer of béchamel sauce, then spoon the cooked mince mixture on top. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese over the mince. Fold the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges to keep all the delicious filling inside.
  4. Place the wrap on an oven-proof tray. Top with another layer of béchamel sauce and the remaining mozzarella. Grill for about 8 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese has melted.
  5. Carefully remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Pair with a fresh green salad for a complete meal!
