Homemade In-N-Out Burger Recipe

Ingredients
150g Beef Mince
20ml Mayonnaise
10ml Tomato Sauce
10g Pickles
1 Brioche Bun
2 Jack Cheese Slices
20g Brown Onion
30g Sliced Tomato
20g Iceberg Lettuce
Method
- Season the mince with salt and pepper and form into a patty. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat until cooked to your liking. Toast the inside of the buns until golden.
- Meanwhile, finely chop half the pickles and add to a bowl with mayonnaise, tomato sauce and a dash of pickle juice. Mix to combine.
- Assemble the burger with the sauce, vegetables, meat and cheese.
