5g Milo
8g soy protein crisps
20g milk chocolate melts
Crush the Weet-Bix into a bowl or container.
Add skim milk, cocoa powder and sweetener, then mix until evenly combined.
In a separate bowl, stir together the yoghurt, protein powder and Milo until smooth.
Spread this mixture over the Weet-Bix base.
Mix the soy protein crisps with melted chocolate.
Spread this chocolate mixture over the yoghurt layer.
