0.5 tsp baking powder
4g icing sugar
40g raspberries
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg white and Nutella until smooth.
2. Add in the protein powder and baking powder, and mix until fully combined.
3. Pour the mixture into your favourite mug (make sure it’s microwave-safe).
4. Microwave for around 1 minute — the cake should rise and feel springy to the touch.
