Ingredients:

  • 120g Extra Lean 95% Fat-Free Beef Mince (weighed raw)
  • 120g McCain Healthy Choice Straight Cut Chips
  • 20g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 40g Shortcut Bacon
  • 60g Iceberg Lettuce
  • 50g Cherry Tomato
  • 40g Pineapple
  • 30g Avocado
  • 20g Red Onion

Method:

  1. Bake the Chips: Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut the potatoes into chips and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook the Beef Mince: In a non-stick pan, cook the beef mince until browned. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the mince, allowing it to melt.
  3. Cook the Bacon: Fry the shortcut bacon in a non-stick pan until crispy and golden.
  4. Assemble the Bowl: Chop the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, avocado, and red onion. Add them to a bowl, along with the cooked mince, bacon, and chips. Toss lightly and enjoy!
