Ingredients:

  • 2 Weet-Bix
  • 100ml Skim Milk
  • 15ml Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 15g equ Whey Protein Isolate – Very Vanilla
  • 80g Plain Yoghurt Regular Fat
  • 100g Canned Apple Slices
  • 40g Sliced Apple (fresh)
  • 10g White Choc Chips
  • 2g Cinnamon

Method:

  1. Crumble up Weet-Bix and place at the bottom of a container. Add milk and mix well.
  2. Combine protein powder, yoghurt and apple pie fruit. Add a layer of the yoghurt mixture on top of the Weet-Bix.
  3. Brown apple in a pan with maple syrup and place on top of the yogurt layer. Add white choc chips and a drizzle of maple. Top with cinnamon. Set in the fridge for at least 5 hrs or overnight.
